2015 Akiya Judo Championship Preregistration
Thank you for coming to our preregistration page for the
2015 Akiya Memorial Tournament.
There are two ways to preregister: as an individual using our online form or as a group by
downloading a spreadsheet and returning it by email. You will save $10 per competitor and
will help speed up the tournament.
Preregistration
closes at 11:59 PM May 5, 2015.
Individual Registration: Please fill out the registration form below and
click submit. You should receive a confirmation email.
Group Registration: Please download this
spreadsheet, fill it out and mail it to
akiyatournament@gmail.com.
